The Safety Manager II is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing the MIC Safety Program demonstrating management skills and the ability to manage all aspects of a project safety program. May be the lead safety manager on a project and will report directly to the EHS Sr. Leadership or a Group/Senior Safety Manager. Will demonstrate skills of a Safety Manager

The Director of Operations will be responsible for the project day to day operations of the respective Division/Business Unit. Through subordinate Project Managers, Construction Managers and/or Superintendents directs the operations for all assigned projects.
